Long weekend here and town pretty much closed down except for a huge parade for local football teams successful season just ended. Had a roast lunch at cafe with treacle sponge pudding with custard. Very satisfying

Try to cook it for dinner tonight.
Pudding was like those tins of self saucing puddings, tasty but not so good for you. Luckily I have been having lots of exercise
